Salary: £13.68 per hour (including holiday allowance)

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse/Production Operative:

• Stock Management: Receiving, handling, and storing stock accurately.
• Order Picking: Preparing and completing orders for delivery according to schedule.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that products are not damaged and stored correctly.
• Loading and Unloading: Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Inventory: Keeping accurate records of inventory levels.
• Health & Safety: Adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment.

Additional Requirements for Warehouse/Production Operative:

• Counterbalance Forklift Operation: Ability to drive a counterbalance forklift is required (certificate desirable but not essential).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in order picking and stock management.

Ideal Candidate for Warehouse/Prodcution Operative:

• Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse or production environment.
• Forklift Certification: Desirable but not necessary. In-house certification is acceptable
• Own Transport: Essential due to the business location not being on a recognised bus route.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to meeting deadlines.
