 Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation & Compliance

• Review and analyze videos, images, posts, and comments for violations.
• Remove or escalate inappropriate content based on platform policies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and platform guidelines.

User Interaction & Community Management

• Monitor and moderate user comments and interactions.
• Handle appeals and disputes regarding content removal.

Trend Identification & Reporting

• Track and report emerging trends and policy violations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (policy, legal, and compliance).

24/7 Rotational Shifts

• Work 40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts (+1-hour lunch break).
• Cover shifts from Monday to Sunday, including nights and holidays.

As a Short Video Content Moderator, your main responsibility is to review user-generated content to maintain platform integrity and ensure compliance with community guidelines.
