About the Role

We are seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will provide strategic direction for materials and support functions, ensuring efficient material flow to meet and exceed customer expectations in productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement strategies for material flow to optimize production efficiency
  • Ensure engineering designs and processes align with quality and industry standards
  • Work collaboratively with design, quality, production, and supply chain teams
  • Program and utilize CAD software, particularly SolidWorks
  • Interpret engineering drawings and tooling specifications to support manufacturing processes
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Apply Lean Principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop Microsoft-based tools or applications (advantageous)

 

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Strong mechanical engineering background with expertise in engineering principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CAD programming, particularly SolidWorks
  • Ability to analyze and interpret engineering designs effectively
  • Hands-on experience in problem-solving and process optimization
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry (advantageous)
