Our client is an innovative and rapidly expanding company in the renewable energy industry, dedicated to reducing global carbon emissions. The Role

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Projects. This full-time, permanent position involves a 40-hour work week, with the expectation of occasional travel and overnight stays to support various project sites nationwide.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing electrical and mechanical installations, maintenance, and modifications.
• Conducting repairs, electrical testing, inspections, and fault-finding.
• Ensuring all work adheres to Health & Safety best practices.
• Maintaining accurate records of work using company-provided laptop and phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute electrical/mechanical works, installations, and maintenance as per project schedules.
• Handle repairs, maintenance, electrical testing, and fault-finding to a high standard.
• Adhere to Health & Safety protocols.
• Keep detailed records of work activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• HNC/NVQ 3 or equivalent experience
• City & Guilds 2391, 2392, 2396 or equivalent experience
• City & Guilds 2382 Electrical Regulations
• Gas safe registered
• PLC Knowledge – inputs and outputs
• G99 & G100 experience
• Networks field bus systems – understanding and fault-finding
• Emergency Lighting – Testing, replacement, and addition of lights
• 11kv knowledge and experience
• Mechanical Experience – Gas, Heating systems, Steam, thermal oil, steel works chilled systems, etc.
