Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's leading supply chain, at the main distribution center for handling customers' orders.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to work in Worcester, WR4 9FA.

The rate of pay is:
- Rotating shifts £12.50 per hour
- Nights £13.44 per hour

Overtime is available after working 37.5 hours at this site and is paid at:
- Rotating shift £15.13 per hour, weekends £13.75 per hour
- Nights £16.26 per hour, weekends £14.78 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts or fixed night shifts and the hours of work are:

- 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm- including 2 Sundays a month
- 10pm to 6am - Monday to Friday

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

- Picking and packing orders
- Loading orders
- Quality checking

Please note applicants will need to be physically fit as you will be on your feet for the entirety of the shift and this role does include heavy lifting in certain departments.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have a keen eye for detail, be reliable, and have the desire to learn with a can-do attitude. Applicants must show a good level of spoken and written English.

If you do have Counterbalance or FLT licenses it will be advantageous.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
