A start up law firm in the Worcestershire area is looking for a conveyancer to work mainly remotely from home but with a small amount of office attendance at their office in Malvern. The firm believes office attendance will be required at most once a week but at least a couple of times a month.
The firm is happy to consider solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers who have between 3 years and 10 years' PQE in residential work. Happy to speak both to candidates who just want to manage a residential caseload or to candidates who would be happy to manage a caseload but also get involved in the business development side of things.  
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary likely to be around 40k if just looking to manage a caseload but would be substantially higher for a candidate who would also like to get involved with business development/helping manage the department.
