We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Dorset. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Bid Manager to join a renowned expert in a specialist sector, building steel projects up to £20 million, reporting to the Bid Director.

Bid Manager Duties:

- Proficiency in all facets of the sales and estimating process, including tender management.
- In charge of getting orders from customers, understood contracts and business aspects of projects and tenders, and be knowledgeable about steel construction, steel goods, and specifications.
- Interacting with clients, engineers, and contractors, handle their tenders, and talk about requirements with the supply chain later.
- Handling of client requirements and tender management.

Bid Manager Criteria:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a construction related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role.
- It's highly possible that you have expertise and background working with specialised steelwork contractors.
