Staffline is recruiting for a General Operative to work in Huntington.

There are immediate starts for General Operatives to work night shifts at our prestigious client's chocolate factory with the opportunity for temp to perm.

The rate of pay is £12.60 per hour with overtime available after working 37.5 hours paid at £18.90 per hour.

This role offers fixed shifts from Sunday to Thursday, the hours of work are 10pm to 6am.

You will be required to be flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Your Time at Work

As a General Operative at a chocolate factory, you will be expected to:

- Remove chocolates from containers
- Pack chocolates into boxes
- Decorate chocolates
- Transport ingredients around the site
- Build up pallets with chocolate boxes
- Refill machines and clean components

This role involves lifting and standing for long periods. You must also complete relevant paperwork accurately.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal General Operative has a good understanding of English, both verbal and written in order to complete paperwork when needed.

A certain level of physical fitness is required as this role involves lifting and standing for the duration of your shift.

You must be punctual, able to work accurately at pace and happy to complete repetitive tasks.

No previous experience is necessary as a General/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
