Maintenance Technician

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Salary: £Depending on Experience + Excellent Benefits  

Full time/Permanent – Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate for the ‘Maintenance Technician’ role will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities Manager and assisting with the commissioning & removal of test rig (mechanical and electrical).

Key Responsibilities for the ‘Maintenance Technician’ role:  

• Supporting the development of processes and facilitate enhanced performance across the entire estate.
• Daily facilities services such as inspection and compliance measurements.
• Knowledgeable in operations and control of building management systems.
• Assisting with ongoing improvements to the estate. .

Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications for the ‘Maintenance Technician’ role:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
• Must be able to wire a plug and cut a pipe - knowledge of electrical, carpentry and plumbing skills.
• Experience in a service delivery & facilities management.
• Understanding of Health & Safety
• Trained/certified in Forklift, MEWP, IPAF, WAH or PASMA (desirable)
