A new vacancy has arisen with a small to medium sized central London practice. They are looking for a commercial lawyer to assist during a busy commercial transaction period they have over the next couple of months.

Ideally you will have very good transactional experience of substantial matters (one such transaction is the purchase of a large manufacturing group for circa £65m). The locum would be supported in the matters by a team of two others on a day to day basis (two trainees - both very experienced in commercial matters who would be at the locums disposal) and by the partners as well.

The company would like a locum to start within the next week if that is possible. Not clear whether full or part time or either at the moment.

The role will not require you to be in the office every day, but for occasional meetings with clients from time to time, although the majority of those will also be by Zoom/Teams etc.
