A law firm in Bradford are looking for a locum family solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to assist on a part-time basis for a period of at least 3-6 months and possibly longer. You should have legal aid experience and be confident working without supervision for this role.
 
The caseload will be predominantly legally aided and is made up of relationship breakdown, domestic violence, children dispute, cohabitation and financial settlement matters. The firm also have quite a number of care cases so public family law knowledge would be advantageous.
 
You will need to be based at the firm's offices in Bradford where secretarial support is available - remote working is not possible for this role.
