An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a regional contractor working on a number of new build and refurbishment projects in the residential, healthcare, commercial and education sectors across the Oxfordshire region, on a full time, permanent basis. In this role as a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects at any one time, up to the value of £20M.

Contracts Manager Duties:
- Contractual, commercial and operational responsibility for projects.
- Management of Site Number 1.
- Design Management.
- Ensuring all works carried to programme and budget.
- Chairing site meetings.
- Client liaison.
- Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety.
- Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams (inc. sub contractors) as determined by individual contracts.
- Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders.
- Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time.

Contracts Manager Profile:
- Strong customer service skills in a client facing environment
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Confident IT skills, proficient in the use of MS Office
- Health & Safety knowledge
- Be flexible in hours of work and travel
