Our client have experienced year on year growth and are planning to continue this growth into the future. They have been working with Orderwise as their ERP for over decade. Whilst the system may be fit for purpose, their usage of it does not allow the full benefits of the system to be realised. They are looking for a Systems Project Manager to take full ownership over the entire system infrastructure and workflow management. One day - possible 2 days a week - £500 - £550 per day. Ideally office based but they will consider hybrid. 11 month contract. Required: · Successful record delivering multiple IT projects on time, in budget and to brief · Experience managing multiple inhouse system environments · Experience of implementing new digital solutions internally · 5 years change management experience · Track record of excellent vendor management · Ability to manage relationships and collaborate across teams · Technical knowledge - Knowledge of SQL and SQL Databases, testing experience · Strong relationship management and collaboration skills across teams · Self-management ability · Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail · Strong communication, and influencing skills at all levels · Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to find sustainable solutions · Candid and transparent communication style · Time management skills Desirable · OrderWise experience · Basic coding and script writing ability · Data governance experience Key Role Outcomes · External vendors are managed, providing an ROI, adhering to SLAS and provide a service that matches the business requirements · Improvements are identified through expert consultancy, tested and coordinated with all stakeholders, implemented and integrated in the business resulting in quantifiable efficiencies · Creating and managing a project team as needed · The project is completed on time and in budget, project plans are used, and proposals are created for approval · Company-approved system guidelines are developed and enforced Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract Contract length: 11 months Part-time hours: 8-16 per week Salary: £500- £550 per day |
