A speciailist Family Law firm is looking for a lawyer to work at their Waltham Abbey office. The firm is ideally looking for a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in family work. Experience in all aspects of family law is required but with an emphasis on divorce, finance and TOLATA claims. You will be confident in negotiating and advising clients on settlement. Advocacy experience up to FDA/FDR is preferred but not essential. The firm prides itself on staff development and promotes staff maintaining a healthy work life/balance. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but up to 60k.
