A multi-office law firm are looking for a residential property locum to join their Llandudno office for 4 days per week for a period of 1-2 months. This role would suit someone who can handle a large workload of residential conveyancing work and also has experience of dealing with new build plot sales. While some remote working may be possible, you will also need to be office-based for much of the time. Office hours are usually 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch between 1pm and 2pm. |
