A large law firm with offices across the country is looking for claimant clincal negligence solicitor to work at their City Centre office in Manchester. The role wil be to manage a Multi-Track caseload which includes complex cases at the highest values, and you will be able to deal with all aspects of running these cases from initial interview to trial. You will therefore need to have thorough working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with Multi-Track cases, such as costs and the litigation process. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' PQE in clinical negligence work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be 50k-57k per annum plus 4k car allowance.
