Commercial Property Solicitor sought on an ongoing ad hoc remote working basis for a firm of solicitors based in Manchester. The ideal candidate will be 3 years' PQE minimum and be able to assist with sale and purchase of freeholds, assignment of lease, extension of lease and assignment, deeds of surrender, due diligence, and corporate support. This is a part time role of around 10-20 hours per week and work will be carried out remotely.
